Third-Party Parts & Software

Where we supply spare parts (such as batteries, screens, SSDs, RAM, keyboards, or charging components), we aim to use quality-compatible or OEM-grade components as agreed with you at the time of quotation. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, parts are not sold as “manufacturer original” unless we have confirmed that in writing on your invoice.

Software installation, licensing, drivers, and operating system recovery are performed in good faith for functionality. SwiftIT Solutions is not responsible for third-party software licence compliance, activation issues controlled by vendors, or data loss arising from software changes. Customers are advised to back up important data before service.
